I'd say a nice smile,good eyes and good body lauguage(posture)

Smiling, walking with good posture, and wearing clean clothes, not necessarily top fashion, but fitting nicely. Beauty is as beauty does, so doing the right thing makes one beautiful from the inside out. As JFK said, ';Don't ask what can the country do for me, what can I do for the country?'; Same with people, serving others rather than looking for gain for oneself, is a valuable asset and gives one an inner glow. Good luck with your inner beauty.
A famous make up atist said that there aren't beautiful and ugly women, there are gust women who take care of themselves and those who don't and I agree with him. It's all a matter of make up and style. But in general I don't think that that there are any special cretirias of beauty as every one is beautiful on his own way.
Beauty is confidence. Work your strengths and differences and play down what you perceive as flaws. Celebrate individuality.
