There are many different body types, different faces, different styles.
And every person has different taste as to what they consider beautiful.
Like some girls think every guy will love them if they're skinny, but there are many women with curves that people think are more beautiful then stick skinny girls and vice versa.

its a saying which basically means that its the person looking at someone that can judge whether or not the person is beautiful.
Its means that every person has a different view of whats beautiful.
Its just a BS statement, but really everyone is shallow and judges people pretty much the same
